How long does it take to set up and break down?

Our team typically takes 45 minutes to an hour to set up the photo booth, ensuring everything is perfectly positioned, tested, and ready before your event begins. Breakdown after the event takes about 30 minutes, during which we pack up efficiently and leave the venue clean.

Are digital copies of the photos provided? 

Absolutely! You’ll receive a digital gallery of all photos after the event, and guests can also get digital copies on-site (via email, text, or QR code). 

Do you offer custom templates or backdrops?

Yes! We provide customizable photo templates and backdrops to match your event’s theme, colors, or branding. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or birthday, we’ll work with you to create designs that reflect your style.

We offer a variety of backdrop options, from elegant to fun, and can even create a custom backdrop based on your ideas. Just share your vision, and we’ll make sure your photo booth fits perfectly with your event!

How much space do I need for the photo booth? 

Typically, a 10x10-foot space is sufficient for setup, but we can work with smaller spaces if needed. Just let us know the available area.

What is your cancellation policy? 

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the package you choose. Generally, the deposit paid to secure your booking is non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change, and we’re committed to working with you. If you need to reschedule your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Please note that any changes or cancellations made within [specific timeframe] of the event may be subject to additional fees. Do you provide insurance?

Yes, we carry liability insurance to ensure peace of mind for you and your guests. If your venue requires it, we can provide a certificate of insurance to meet their needs and comply with their policies.

Do you sanitize the props and equipment?

Yes, we take cleanliness and safety seriously. All props and equipment are thoroughly sanitized before the event and periodically during the event to ensure a safe and hygienic experience for all guests. Your health and comfort are our top priorities.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking your photo booth as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for high-demand times like weekends, holidays, and peak event seasons. This ensures you have the best selection of options and ample time for planning.

Do you provide an attendant during the event?

Yes, we include a professional attendant with all our photo booth packages. Our attendants assist guests in navigating the photo booth experience, ensuring they have fun and make the most of the features. They handle technical aspects or troubleshooting to keep everything running smoothly, encourage engagement by guiding guests on props and poses, and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere to enhance the event experience. Trained professionals, they take care of every detail, allowing you to relax and enjoy your event while your guests create lasting memories!

What happens if there’s a technical issue during the event?

If a technical issue comes up, our trained attendant will handle it right away. Whether it’s a small problem or something unexpected, we’ll fix it quickly to keep your event running smoothly. You and your guests can enjoy the photo booth without any interruptions, as we’re always ready to ensure everything works perfectly.

Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?

Yes, our photo booths can be set up outdoors, provided certain conditions are met. We require a flat, stable surface, access to a power source, and protection from adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, or excessive sun. This ensures the booth operates smoothly and your guests have a great experience, regardless of the outdoor environment.

Do you provide props for the booth? 

Yes, we provide a variety of fun props, including hats, glasses, signs, and themed items. You’re also welcome to bring your own props if you prefer!

What size are the photo prints?

Our standard photo prints are available in two sizes: 2x6 photo strips or 4x6 postcards, perfect for sharing and keeping memories. If you prefer a different size, we can accommodate custom print sizes for an additional fee, ensuring your prints match your event's unique style.

How many people can fit in the photo booth?

Our open-air photo booths can comfortably accommodate groups of 8-10 people, making them perfect for larger gatherings and group photos. For a more intimate experience, our enclosed booths are designed for smaller groups, fitting 3-4 people comfortably. Both options offer a fun and engaging photo opportunity, tailored to your event's size and needs.
